At lovepostion.cloud, we want you to have a smooth experience. However, due to the nature of our products/services:
1. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After processing/shipping begins, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are provided only in case of duplicate transactions, failed payments, or defective services.
- Requests must be raised within 7 business days of purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products/services once delivered cannot be refunded.
- Personalized or custom services are also non-refundable.
